Terms of Service

Welcome to Endewred, a social commerce automation platform operated by EDIT EDUCATIONAL SERVICES PLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Endewred, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our Service.

2. Service Description

Endewred provides automation tools for Instagram and TikTok direct messaging, enabling businesses to:

• Automate responses to keywords in comments and DMs
• Manage customer conversations
• Track engagement analytics
• Process payments via integrated payment providers

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Endewred.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• One account per user/business. Multiple accounts may be suspended.

4. Social Media Integration

Endewred integrates with Instagram and TikTok via official APIs. By connecting your social media accounts:

• You grant us permission to access and manage direct messages on your behalf.
• You must comply with Meta's Platform Terms and TikTok's Terms of Service.
• You are responsible for all automated messages sent through our platform.
• We are not liable for account suspensions or bans resulting from your use of automation.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or violate anti-spam laws.
• Use the Service for illegal activities, fraud, or harassment.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise our infrastructure.
• Violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
• Use the Service to impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

6. Subscription and Payment

• Free Trial: We may offer a free trial period. After the trial, you will be charged according to your selected plan.
• Payment Processing: Payments are processed via Chapa. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges.
• Refunds: Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase. Contact support@endewerede.com.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of Endewred is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in that policy.

Data Deletion: You may request deletion of your data at any time by:

• Disconnecting Endewred from your Facebook/Instagram settings
• Emailing legal@endewerede.com with "Data Deletion Request"
• Using our in-app account deletion feature

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Endewred (including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos) are owned by EDIT EDUCATIONAL SERVICES PLC and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENDEWRED AND EDIT EDUCATIONAL SERVICES PLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Social media account suspensions or bans
• Service interruptions or downtime

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Abuse of our platform or support team

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
